Cant lie I've read mangas for years and I still havent read another one like it
There's nothing with a tension similar, besides like, Killing Stalking (not straight, my bad), but something with a similar feel is "Flash behavior". There are definitely more with a similar feel, but i cant think of their names or plot off the top of my head... OH I JUST THOUGHT OF SOMETHING WAIT LIKE 5 SEC. "Free in Dreams" has a similar feeling, and "For my Derelic Favorite" is not similar at all, but the main character feels in control of herself and the situation in a similar way.
Or you could do those non-romance, but kind of romance ones, where its like, "Bastard" (by the guy who did "sweet home")
