The issue with the assault is less of what happened to them during the heat but more of how he literally r***ed him in like Ch 5 after they met again and neither of them have the heat as an excuse.
Although I agree with some of what you said, yes it takes two to tangle. But, let's not forget that Noah HAD NO IDEA he was an omega or was becoming one. But, yes I agree if Noah never showed up to Ian's door none of that would have happened. But Noah also had no idea that Ian was going through a rut. So many if and buts, honestly it won't solve anything racking our brains around the author's motives for going this direction.
I know. I already addressed this in my other posts. While it's true that if Noah hadn't shown up, this would NOT have happened, I already said that Ian had NOT expected Noah to have shown up. And, aside from the fact that Ian is no longer lucid, BOTH of them had sex prior, having experience Noah as a beta only. And NEITHER of them had expected Noah to turn. That's why I said that Ian isn't responsible for Noah turning, at least, not intentionally, unless it's one of those bizarre subconscious desire to turn him or something but then all Ian had wanted was to have a FWB relationship.

There're so many ways to go about this manhwa and yet everyone is blaming Ian for the rape since he is the one to do the marking hilarious. I'm not sure HOW a mate bond would have happened?!?
Somehow people forget this is an omegaverse. If you're gonna blame Ian for getting Noah Pregnant then blame Noah for having a womb and becoming receptive to an alpha in rut. If Noah HAD just remained a beta, it would have been an alpha-in-rut wanting sex but no, he had to turn into an omega. Is that REALLY how bl works?!? Takes TWO to tango. Alphas wants to impregnate omegas. Omegas are receptive to omegas in rut. What IS SO hard about that ?!? And yet blaming Ian for the rape. Hilarious.
