I'm not sure if you forgot but the first goal that he must do is to have a baby as to why he would need a Capri even if the supposed first pregnancy was "miscarried". It's not really just for the baby to be successfully born if he gets a new Capri
He told everyone that the previous pregnancy (with seth) failed, hence his last capri failed [which isn't true, but it's a lie to keep them off seth] so for public view he needs a new capri to carry on the perseus family.

Yes guys this is the reason. According to people he's now available again after losing his child (which he didn't ofcourse).
That Prince was checking that too in the last chapter by releasing pheromones. If he really lost his child or wasn't pregnant again , Theo wouldn't have reacted to his pheromones.
This is how they check if omegas have partners or not . A marked Or pregnant Omega negatively responds to Strangers pheromones.
Theo showed aversion but he's no Omega which can be marked , that's how that Psycho knew he got new Capri with new pregnency.
