Well~ Tigers should have claws too. But he still maintain human fingers in spite covered in fur. So probably as a Byakko, he maintain human tongue ?

This is so funny to me because a tiger's tongue has tiny spikes that helps in removing meat and fur from the prey so uh yeah... rip 2 ur kitty i guess
