I feel like there might br more details in the novel, but for now i feel like its because the blond one is almost obsessed with mc. And hes a attractive guy thats in his proximity, we have women in the story however they dont suit him/dont see the potential of seeing them 'loving" him/dont appear alot. However there is the blond one who is the opposite of everything listed there.

they had a child at the novel.... not technically a child formed by intercourse between two people, but is formed using their blood,metaphorically.... using the blonde and the MC's dna. So yeah, and some fling, date, which isn't very 'normal' between two guys yeah?
