I hate tragic backstories for the violently obsessed trope, I love this trope but a sad backstory is like a cheap way to excuse and justify the awful behavior. I don't like it when the story tries to make it romantic when it's absolutely not "I act like that because this and that happened to me so we're good" bs. Obsession is obsession, it's not love and certainly not romance.
If they end up together I need mc to kick his ass and hold his leash, not be a doormat that just receive.
ONG i cant see anything more deserving than mc teaching the duke about what he can and cant do and that mc has his own freedom. overall, just making sure the duke acknowledges him as a human being rather than a pet cause i hate that type of trope smmm
every chapter, the duke just gets progressively worst like he needs to learn boundaries for dummies and ik some of yall would switch up once theres a backstory… but we’ll see. ANYWAYS IM ALWAYS CORRECT!!! WOLF GUY ON TOPPP (he hasnt shown up since s1 )
