It's because second author adds higher female count to male or polygamy it turns into a harem story for some reason

Yup, and the MC of that story flat out states he only wants his one wife even when told it's ok to have more than one and that she'd accept whatever choice he makes. Now that's a male MC I can root for.
It like its impossible for them to not make everything sexual. Till this day ive been struggle ot find good isekai mangas without it so now im forcing my self to read the ones wit em and just skip the scenes that are bad.
Would it really kill the entire story if when another girl tries to get with the main guy, his girl doesn't approve and tries to make a harem but truly stays monogamous. It feels like these authors think they'd die if the male MC doesn't stick his **** in as many women as possible.
