Also, now that I think about it, I kind of remember reading a manga where uke was watching the seme talking with the childhood crush at the backyard garden (or something) from the window of seme's room. For some reason the seme can't date or confess to the crush (they had to maintain a sibling like relationship or something). I can't remember the title though.
Here's a few things you could do,
1. Search by the time of the last Update. If hasn’t been updated for awhile (which is very likely since you said you forgot the title. You would've gotten reminded if it got updated recently.) try searching in the back of the Update list (pages 10 or more)
2. Search by the name of the seme or uke if you do remember it.
3. Keep searching other websites where it might have gotten updated recently (or at least not a long time ago)
4. Keep searching tags that are relevant.
5. Since you have only read the Novel Spoiler, you might not be able to search by keeping an eye for mangas with similar art style (makes it easier to filter out the author). It might not work out for you.

Uke is an orphan. Works in the mansion where seme is the almost same age as him. Seme is gay and one day fell in love with a person he met. Uke had loved seme unrequitedly for many years before. The seme next day(day after uke confessed his love and that he's gay to seme) asks uke to date him. The uke agrees happily. Turns out the seme's crush (the friend) went abroad and the seme just wanted his crush to be jealous of his relationship with uke. The uke and seme go on dates, and soon semevs parents, friends and servants get to know that. All of them think uke forced and seduced seme into a relationship so they start making uke's, life hell. Seme's friends often make fun of uke in front of seme and also say really mean things to uke when uke is alone. Uke never utters a word to seme eventhough he was hurting badly inside. Seme's parents feel disgusted with uke and call him out as a gold digger who' s after their money. And that they should've never allowed him to work in this, mansion. Some of them even start bullying uke more (he used to get bullied even before he started dating seme). 5 years pass. Whenever they have sex, it's really rough but uke is always badly hurt after sex but never says a thing to seme because he doesn't want seme to be sad or hold back. One day seme asks to break up with uke. And the uke is really shocked. And asks seme whatever is the reason for seme' s decision and without even hearing the reason he keeps on apologising. The seme ignores uke and leaves the room. Apparently seme's crush (the first love) came back from abroad back to their country. It is thsn revealed that seme only dated uke because he was poor and orphan but his first love was rich and from a good background. Since seme was gay, he knew his parents would have a hard time accepting any person he dates. So he wanted his parents to see that he's upgraded his boyfriend (from an orphan servant to a rich young master) so that his parents fully support him. What is the title?
