There might be hidden rules within the skill like the cooldown only starts once Gongja has summoned the maximum amount of entities, or that the cooldown only begins once gongja dies (aka the skill ends)

doesnt the revive army spell hve a cooldown... ?how come protag was able to revive ester and change her name... and revive the demon army (for demonstration) on the same day
