ooh idk, I think they're both great but different - I feel like dcs captured the yearning & intensity of new love in such a beautiful way, whereas this story feels like the main characters are two halves of a whole, finally coming together. still wonderful to read, just different!

I definitely agree that both stories dive into an exploration type relationship and writes it both so well, even though they're very different stories - the realness of the relationships and chemistry is certainly there! Dcs has been my fave for years and our sunny days is definitely a strong contentee!
