There are numerous scientific and moral barriers that make it impossible to achieve "male x male birth." I don't believe that the technology will be developed. It's crucial to approach any claims about it with a healthy dose of skepticism/disbelief
"Pregnancy" is a transformative experience unique to women/the female body. Intricate physiological and hormonal changes are specifically there for the growth and development of a fetus within the confines of a woman's womb. It's not a "pregnancy" if there's no woman/female body. If there's a man/male body, call it something else
Immoral "scientists" might "transplant" a woman's womb into a man, sure. Then it's not the man who is "pregnant," but the woman's womb that has been callously uprooted and misplaced
Any "scientist" who claims to have unlocked the secrets of so-called "male pregnancy" is a charlatan, peddling false promises and empty platitudes in the name of "progress." Their so-called "pregnant man" would be a grotesque, artificial facsimile of womanhood. Something that's a woman before, during and after pregnancy
I wish I could snap my fingers and make "omegaverse" or so-called "mpreg" disappear, but I guess I'll have to settle for giving it and its fans a dirty look
Hey, "omegaverse" fans: https://tenor.com/view/stop-it-get-some-help-gif-15058124
