I actually don’t know in detail but I roughly have an idea

Just that from this point forward Theo and Seth are separated from one another, till the next arc. And these uggo royals is going to test us and our blood pressure so much. I just don’t want to be stressin about it while waiting till they’re together again. But, don’t worry about the ending.

But if you really want spoilers, I know that there are novel forums, manga forums or reddit forums. You just gotta search well lol.
