Your logic is flawed. They may like the second couple, but that doesn't mean they like BECAUSE of the forceful rape. I like it because it's a story of finding yourself again...something I can relate to. I've thrown away things I liked in fear of being bullied. I in no way give the seme a pass on raping the uke at all. He's still an asshole and he knows he was one.
I feel bad for Hyung and hope he gets his own story in the second season. Originally he approached Jaerim because he is loyal to a fault to his girl and he probably wanted to hurt Yuri for all the years of pain he's endured, but then he ended up falling for Jaerim instead.
But Yuri always has the heart of those he loves, so he hates Yuri. He wants to take Jaerim for himself, but he's being rejected, yet again because of the same guy (Yuri). And to make matters worse, it seems that Yuri isn't even serious about Jaerim. Yuri doesn't make it known that they are dating, they don't hold hands where it can be seen, they don't go out in public on dates. As Hyung said: "I've never seen you with him." And Yuri doesn't deny that because its true. Yuri doesn't even have the balls to say he's mine when Hyung is taking Jaerim away. Don't get me wrong...I love Yuri, but I fully understand where Hyung is coming from, his feelings and I absolutely love his character.
And for all those saying it was rape....A. Most of you love it when a seme is forceful/rapish so STFU. B. There was no penetration. It was definitely some intense sexual assault, but not rape. C.
