L Spanish and L English are separate from each other unlike L English/Korea/Japan. So they operate differently (like they can license more series, uncensoring & etc)

the author had said on Twitter that the new season would be uncensored for foreign readers. I waited to buy the new episodes to see first if this was really the case. evidently not. What a disappointment. I don't think I will continue purchasing. I don't like buying censored stuff.
