I nearly want to skip the chapters when I got to Chapter 40 coz I felt like "Ugh, you're justifying what you did to Siwon coz you're fucking jealous of your own brother who cares about you?? That very brother who cares about you more thank your parents?" like, fine... Maybe the parents wasn't that bad but... Uhm, they're the parents? And they're supposed to see that their other child too is hurting?
And... What are they supposed to be? High schoolers? High schoolers?? And he's already horrible at that age? They're already horrible at that age... I could even justify that Siwon's twin (idk his name, he's not relevant) literally went "Nuuh, you're not my hyung anymore coz I'm jealous of you" type of shit coz I know that's quite a teenager behavior but literally destroying (mentally, physically, emotionally) your own brother (twin at that) at that age coz of jealousy... Uhm... What are you? Satan himself? One of the seven deadly since? The Envy?
Anyway, I tried to skip the whole justification arc and then found out that the next chapter will be the end of the justification arc so I just didn't skipped anything in the manhwa. Just frustrated. Kind of. Wished their parents played much a larger role and found out that their youngest caused their eldest to kill himself coz the youngest is jealous of the eldest, then they'll scold the youngest then apologize, too, that they made him feel outcasted and unwanted.
As much as i love this story, most of the characters are assholes ngl, yes including the male lead. they all turn a blind eye towards og siwon's bullying hm
