Does sniffing a cat calm people down?? wtf was that last page lmao. I’m allergic so as cute as they are a solid sniff would choke me out.

I'm a dog lover so maybe that's why I also didn't get it. But I enjoy rubbing my face into soft fur. It calms me down too

I loved the smell of my cat's head so I'd say yes. It's also smooshing your face into their soft fur. I relate but I couldn't help but think Kotetsu has human hair and showers so he'd just smell like a human.

As a cat lover coming from a family of animal lovers (almost everyone had cats and dogs), I can guarantee you that sniffing a cat is very calming. Not so much with dogs because they have a very different type of smell but when you love cats you love their smell. It’s a mix of different stuff (like grass and wind when they’re outdoor cats) and weirdly calming
Only very old cats on the verge of dying smell bad because they smell like death
Also it obviously depends on your own taste, preference and sensitivity but it’s well known that every cat love and owner hurries their head in have a big sniff of their cat to recharge x)

I have a dog and I only sniff him after I give him a shower cause he’s extra fluffy. Rest of the time he smells like dust and it gets my skin irritated lol
