yeah the artist/author really conveyed child like emotions, perhaps that's why I'm not as annoyed when I look at adult characters when the same problem, since in this story they really do act their age

This story is pretty good at depicting child like emotions in my opinion. I can’t be bothered to scroll through all the comments to find all the weirdly, borderline, hostile ones towards little kids dealing with big emotions. Maybe because I work with children, I'm not bothered by these characters. But hey, we all are entitled to our own opinions ┐( ￣-￣)┌
