Are the translating groups who upload chapters onto mangago able to delete the chapters once it's uploaded? I'm asking because I've noticed a lot of mangas have chapters where different groups take over and they reupload the chapters but don't delete the ones from the other groups... then there's just two versions of translated chapters for a single series....
