I had already guessed that Nadia's half sister lied about her ex-fiancé plotting against her! She didn’t have time to verify if Lee Jiho betrayed her b/c she was at death’s door and died without knowing that the guy really liked her. IM, they spent lots of time together with Lee Jiho teaching Nadia the stuff she knows now, so it makes sense for him to like Nadia instead of the half sister all of a sudden; blondie is definitely jealous of Nadia in every way, so that awful lie was one last jab before killing her!
