It's because they are both kind of afraid of either of them leaving and so they bottle up their feelings when they're scared or lonely and end up suffering alone, this is not healthy, I hope next chapter or the chapter after that one, they have a good conversation and continue to improve their relationship
Yes that’s what they need healthy communication not going behind someone’s back to piss them off but talking bout how you feel with someone. I understand chunwoo isn’t used to that considering what he went thru since he was young and go-in developed that insecurity when he was pursuing chunwoo so they just need to talk fr cuz that’s the best way to relieve any emotions of insecurity and I hope to see that next chapter too
