It’s so refreshing to have an actually realistic story. So many times it would be better if the main couple spent some time away from each other to grow independently but it’s always “let’s stay together and somehow!!! The toxic relationship just worked itself out!! Must be all the sex haha!!” But I freakin love the MC and how she weighed the options of what was best for her

Hahah I agree, it's refreshing in a story like this! Although staying together and gradually talking things out and adjusting behavior is also what works well in real-life relationships, it is possible to grow together both as a couple and individual :) but then definitely both have to be on the same side, whereas Dohun is close-minded and rigid so the MC kinda doesn't have time and patience for it lol
Both of them have some growing up to do; he needs to learn that people have different priorities in life and not hold them to the same high standards (just because he's overcompensating to reach and maintain his desired looks, career, etc., doesn't mean it's the only way to live a life). She needs to learn that being hurt by her father, ex, stalker, etc. doesn't mean that her bf intentions are bad. He genuinely cares about her, but she often has negative judgments about his actions, even though he doesn't come from a bad place. In other words, both can benefit from some new insights and flexibility. I love this story so much and look forward to more
