I mean, the genre is filled with one guy with many reluctant lovers who don't particularly enjoy sharing. And usually, in the end, he picks one to be with forever. So no, I didn't confuse a definition; I just was referring to the genre usage. Though I will be honest that I did not know that was the exact definition. It just wasn't the point I meant to imply.
I don’t like harem but this is less harem and more polygamy/polyamory and thats valid and very consensual so I enjoy this manga
