I'm talking Abt the appearance???? It's just so unsettling seeing a child like appearance BLUSHING openly towards the mc (lovingly or affectionately not family love just straight up relationship interest), and they could've picked a different curse OTHER THAN the one she has rn??

I don't see an issue with that, it would be bad if MC was the one blushing towards the child looking person, but the other way around is fairly common. Allot of people have crushes on people older than them, Especially children, it is kinda cute that way, but extremely creepy the other direction. As long as MC does not develop any romantic/creepy feelings, I think it is fine
Nono, I think what they're getting at is how, as a reader, we have to see a drawing of a 10 yr old body blushing for an adult, getting jealous, and other things. So they're questioning the author's choice in plot rather than how this would play out realistically.
