CCP won't allow it because they banned kissing scenes and anything that is too sexual. People have to be very stratigic to get away with certain scenes due to censorship. :(

We will get it in the sense that they may kiss the cheek or we will see zoomed in on the eyes or a hand gripping the clothing or around the shoulders etc. But because of the laws, they have to block the lips from touching. So a leaf flowing in the wind or a petal can be enough to cover the faces kissing.
