I've said it once and I'll say it a million times over; do NOT fall asleep with something inside you. Even if you're a female and you have it in the front, you risk injury. Why? Because you don't continuously produce lubrication while you sleep and it will dry up and whatever hole you're using will start to retract and try to go back into its original shape so it will tighten up. When you go to pull the object out, you will tear yourself. You would assume this is common sense, but it isn't. They do make safe play objects for this, but the butt is a no-no zone completely for this kind of play specifically because you cannot secrete juices from back there. So~ as lovely as it sounds, don't do it! Tearing your cute butt is not worth it!
