Obviously she’s very weary of the emperor so she gathered prof slowly about his corruption
Also the boy never mentioned what was happening, even if she suspected something was wrong, she probably never thought it was that’s bad :(
The female lead didn't do anything to help Prince when he was getting bullied by the tutor even though she knew what was happening. She had all that time to plan something but it ends up being the prince taking action.
