You can no longer access translated links on novelupdates without an account. You also don't read on Novelupdates. It's more like a database that links you to places to read. Use their advanced search to find novels that have English translations.
Some popular translator sites with many bl novels: Chrysanthemum Garden, Exiled Rebels.
