I can't, for the life of me find this manga. The seme is shorter than the uke and drinks milk all the time, the uke is named "Mao" I think. The seme always asks Mao "Go out with me" and the uke always say "where?" so the seme just thinks the uke is oblivious but the uke thought that they were going out all this time and was asking where they should go on a date.
