No he only has one baby. Like for him, his mother/father only had one baby, the other Owens came from different space time or wtv. It was explained in the beginning and will be explained again once this baby is born.
Nux is half alien from Owen’s planet that’s how their mates he said so in the beginning
I think the author uses some science right here. Y'all know that male seahorses get pregnant right? Owen probably has an organ called the brood pouch, in which the embryos develop. So it's just like Owen has an ovary but also not lol. Did you all remember that Owen has 5 identicals like just the rest of the people who live on his planet? This means Owen has 5 babies living in his womb. Correct me if it's wrong I forgot the rest of the previous chapter. Also don't get so strange at Owen getting pregnant remember his an alien, not an earthling so which means that's how their lifestyle work on their planet.
