Not during the rutting phase, yes the alpha's shouldn't have let anyone in/opened the door while in rut but whatever the reasoning Noah had came unexpectedly so while encountered an alpha in rut it's hard to say. As external substances can be controlled: you can choose what to take, when to take it, how much to take, and for how long, so you have control over that.
