I think he is. That one who the mc thinks is changing somehow. Nd he has a bump in his belly. On top of that at the last panel he was touching his and was saying something like he'll be fine.. leaving mc??? Seems like he is hiding it from mc .. and I wonder if the owen is gonna leave mc or something.. thn again I might be overthinking it. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Yes Owen's gonna leave mc since Owen's asked if mc wants a child mc said he doesn't want to (correct me if I'm wrong) So in order not to hurt/disappoint mc Owen leaves and left mc without him knowing. In the end mc finally realized that Owen is really special for him.
