Yh that’s my understanding of it too, and that he has another company that owns and runs that ‘hotel?’ And no one knows that’s his, and he’s using that to rile up the other shareholders into thinking there’s a rival so they should put pressures on toon by saying the rival wouldn’t exist if yo on was doing a good job and how he might be sabotaging the business

Ffs it cut me off again, I was agreeing but also asking for clarification, I was saying I was confused with his revenge plots end goal and which companies are which.
So I know creepy old guy is one of the shareholders he’s leading into a trap so he can take him down, but is it just about getting rid of the corruption in the entertainment business or was about his dad, cause I vaguely remember the uncle bringing up the dad and he having problems that they are now mending? That bit is foggy, so if you know that would be a great help!

And then which company is which? One of them the creepy old guy(c.o.g) is intimidated by, one he wants to control, and another he thinks he’s sabotaging.
Meanwhile ml seems to have 4? So the main one that his father gave him, which I think is the one cog wants control of, then there’s the secret one that he built himself that owns the hotel, but isn’t that one also the one intimidating the others? Then! He has the one in the US that is supposedly failing according to cog, now is it actually failing or is he pretending it’s failing(that could be spoilers not sure if they’ve explained that yet) Or is there a forth US company that’s doing well and he used the other business to distract from the successful one?

Ok so let's break down the story so far....

1. Lee Yoohan (protagonist), has a stage name called Lee Taemin & and the ML (Director yoon) calls him Lee baekwon so the people from Alice's Labyrinth also calles him Lee baekwon.

So protagonist has 3 names-
Lee Yoohan (original)
Lee Taemin (Stage name)
Lee Baekwon (called by ML)

2. The ML also has a lot of names-
Yoon Jay (Known by everyone)
Han Jay (Father's side of Title, nobody knows except a few)
Wacko (nicknamed by protagonist)


Let's dive into the story.

Yoohan used to be a delinquent, and worked with a loan shark company, he used to collect money and had no contact with his family.

One day Yoohan's brother came to him asking to borrow money cause their mother is hospitalized, so Yoohan aggressively collected money that day to give it to his brother.

But the people (family) he took money from that day hit rock bottom and were pushed too far (financially) after paying the debt, the father of family wanted revenge and went to Yoohan's house with a knife, determined to kill someone.

When the father reached Yoohan's house he found Yoohan's lover (Song Myung shin) there, and the lover pointed to Yoohan's brother waiting outside, said to the father that "I'm not important to him, if want him to hurt kill the guy standing outside that's his brother".
(This scenario is not known by Yoohan)

Later the father killed Yoohan's brother, and Yoohan witnessed it, and the father said "that's karma catching up to you."

Yoohan believed that it was his fault that his brother died. At the same time Song Myung shin took off with Yoohan's all saved up money.

Yoohan went and begged and borrowed money from the loan shark that he used to work for, for his mother's treatment. She was brain dead, died soon after 3 months of Yoohan's brother's death.

Yoohan had no time to grieve as he worked non stop to earn money and pay it back. The night when Yoohan's mother died he was working as a mascot Rabbit in a red light area and ended up in a one night stand with ML. He bottomed for the first time then and was a first time he cried.
Later he left money (200something) to ML and vanished.



Now 5 years later....(Yoohan's done repaying his debt)


Once he was delivering something to Dream Ent. And he overheard Song Myung shin saying that he pointed to Yoohan's brother to the killer because he himself was ready to took off with Yoohan's money and was scared. When Mr. Park, whom Song Myung shin was talking to asked why he didn't call the police, he said I was about to run off with Yoohan's money how could I call the police.

This is when he started to plan for his revenge.
