Same face syndrome from the artist and I love piercings but I don't know I feel like the seems piercings look so tacky on him and I just don't like it

YESSSim so glad im not the only one who thought that with the piercing. It looks dotted on. The faces look more diff on the cover page but when you actually read, it’s basically the same thing just diff hairstyles practically. Not saying it’s exact exact but too similar for my liking, throws me off

Is it just me or do they both look the exact same besides that damn piercing? Like they barely look diff besides body size at BEST. They’re drawn nearly identical to me. Idk why but it’s been irritating me
