You could say the same thing why people are rating it high (with no chapters). I give low ratings specifically because THERE IS NO CHAPTER. Even a preview would have been good but what is the point in NOTHING.
Some ppl already read on other platforms and rate based on that. Others rate high to remember to check it out later bc the cover looks good.
