But the ending of Pearl Boy Is very nice.

. I don't know why people assume that they died. They just fell in the water, Jooha got back his memory and then thex got out of the water. Just like how Jooha saved Dooshik in the beggining.
If I remember well the author even posted a pic of them getting out of the water.
And in POTN nobody died, thex got their happy ending. It might feel rushed, but it's probably because the author wanted to finish it fast due to her health issues, but we will have side stories later
