No its not the end, you should read the novel, the story is much longer than the anime (incomplete).... so the poison you are talking about is indeed cured, but another one more dangerous came later in the chapter...
is the translation of novel finished? or is it still ongoing? (are they udating frequently?) where can I read it?

everybody said that takaya's dead in the end because of poison or smth..
so in anime, he was cured by his uncle (from the poison) and still alive when naoe said "i love you" and said goodbye..
my question is , it's not really end right?is there any continuation for the anime?
