I think he had most of the ingredients for the potion of that girl, but i don't remember if he has done anything with it or not, might need to check that part again. The vampire is going back to her city or something... We will wait for future chapter.
I like the MC although he can be a bit hasty in some situations. I like that he is combining his necromancer abilities with his swordsmanship. However, I feel like the author has dropped two points of the story: the potion girl's illness and the evolved vampire girl. Looking forward to some payoff with those too.
