So what I gathered is that the prince duels Theo for fun and hurts him a little on his cheek. The prince uses his own handkerchief to wipe of Theo's blood because he wanted to get he sample of it. He'll get Theo's blood analyzed and finds out that Theo's pregnant with the second child. Meanwhile Theo is thinking about abortion... and in the recent chapter they started a war
