It isn't really yandere but a newish one is Dreadful night. They get stuck in a horror game and it's a little gory but everytime they die the game restarts. Not sure if it's what you're looking for but it's still good. Another one is Plaything if you haven't read it yet. Definitely psychological and yandere seme plus it has the most exquisite artstyle. Legs thay won't walk is a pretty iconic psychological one if u haven't read yet. I read part of it but never started again after the seasons 2 hiatus so idk how it is after like eps 62. I know the final eps for that just came out though.
