I have finals coming up and I NEED TO STOP READING. Please provide your best tips to stop addiction/ procrastination, especially reading before bed.

    It might be helpful to ban the website off your phone, delete any manga apps you have, or get a randomly generated password thats too long for you to remember and change the password on your account
