You can see how paranormal things were introduced in manhwa called „Again”, which is also set up in modern world. It does not feel like everything is out of the blue.

Well, I still do not agree, all those mentions of reincarnations “since beggining of the world”, lol, where forced. Like author wanted to wrote something different than slice of life, but you know what? If we take out this fuck-my-doggie bulshit, story remains the same. Doggo can simp over Jooin because of different reason, idk he saw his photo on internet and decided he needs to marry him. If story can get to the same conclusion without one element, that means this element is not necessary to the plot. And if it’s necessary - it’s pointless. And doggobulshit is pointless in YTC. like it or not this has been the premise of yours to claim from the start, the creators just decided to show us more in this season, just like how they explained jooins backstory with Yahwi, by your logic them being childhood friends is just as random and unnecessary to the story as this one. since both of these were introduced to us just recently.
