sec xiao is just really annoying but tbh i do think they can work things out! i have no idea who eiu joon ah is but him being worse than xiao is doesnt mean xiao isnt bad either! xiao has been playing with mr mo feelings for 70+ chapters, and having an abusive ex isnt an excuse for his behavior. of course people are going to get mad at him.
The difference is the emotional manipulation that sec xiao has displayed time and time again. joon-ah left the main character to literally take care of his personal issues and only then got back together. It’s wasn’t perfect for sure, but he certainly didn’t string his partner along purposely and so cruelly.
God this plot uses the same god damn excuse in BJ Alex. And that plot fucking sucked too and people ate that shit up too. So there’s an example of people rooting for a POS ML with the exact same reasoning.
