I think the most reasonable answer is that they don't see anything until Gong-ja has reached the ideal ending. More specifically, time stops for them the minute Gong-ja enters a story and time only begins again once Gong-ja is on the right track. Simply put the Tower wouldn't punish Gong-ja for a skill they personally gave him, they would've already had a solution for every situation

Well, not really they have. It’s just that because he keeps regressing. They only sees the one that he succeeds in proper complete ending , which the constellation will be happy with that is the complete ending that they will remember forward going on towards the story, but they have seen the incomplete other parts. They have seen it they just don’t remember because that’s the whole point it basically never happened to him only to him and her, of course..
Exactly. That's why I wonder if they see only the line where they win how will it make sense for people outside. How did it just magically get resolved?!
Yeah that’s something that I get confused like why aren’t they asking questions? This is getting broadcasted or is the constellation, can they most likely see every single one of his regressions and likes the story the way he does it or the final product of what he does or dos he fix it up to make it seem normal
