Don't take my word for it since I've briefly seen spoilers on novel forums. He goes through a lot of physical and emotional abuse before he tries taking his life which causes him to lose his memory after that seo haeyoung (im not sure out of guilt) goes back to how he used to be and with haewon and they may or may not become lovers I can't clearly remember . If you wanna consider that a happy ending (⊙…⊙ )
From what a remembered, haewon ends up with haeyoung in the end and I'm pretty sure that's bc of the abuse and mental manipulation haeyoung did. In the end haeyoung was still the end game and still has haewon in his control. It's not a happy ending cuz if what the comment above me said was true, who tf can justify the things haeyoung did and just forcefully make it happy by erasing haewon's memories. That's so fucked up.

It's happy ending where MC and ML live happily together. If some people give spoiler he lost memories, yes but only temporary. In the end he still remember all his traumas and yet still happy that Haeyoung is kind to him and not tortures him anymore. They becomes lovers though in the end.
All of them though regret their action and kinda lose their mind when they thought Haewon die when he jumped off cliff. Haeyoung didnt believe it and found him 1 year later and beg for forgiveness by trying to hurt himself because he's crazy.

Can anyone please give me a spoiler on whether our mc ever lives a happy life? I went into this kinda already knowing this was gonna be a very toxic. I held onto a teenie tiny hope for the third guy but nope. All of them suck. From the tone of the story. I don’t think it’ll get better from here (not that it was ever good in the beginning), you’re kinda just stuck with an mc who has extreme codependencies with these terrible men.
