I’m sorry if this offends you but I feel like you’re being dramatic. Of course the backstory was added to give the character more depth, a character with no backstory doesn’t feel as real so I don’t see what’s the problem with giving her a backstory. Also, it wasn’t fast paced, it was exposed slightly so it can be worked on slowly through the next chapters, if the whole backstory was explained in this one chapter then that would be considered fast paced. Also, I don’t see why you’d drop a good manhwa because of the poor backstory of a secondary character, like… she’s not the MC.

I get what you mean but I still stand by my point of it being fast paced. If they wanted to expose her backstory slightly there was no need to introduce a random supposed threat and then do random flashbacks that we’re expected to understand. Also, she’s clearly going to have an important role in the manhwa considering how she’s shown up in almost every chapter and if so it would be preferable for her character to have depth and a proper background.
that additionally trauma added was so unnecessary. Like I feel like they only added it just because her character was shallow and needed some type of backstory but this was just fast paced, lazy and made zero sense. If the next few chapters dont involve a proper backstory abt her relationship w her brother I’m dropping this shi
