It just feels like all this build up and questions just led to nothing being resolved and MORE questions being made like at least resolve one thing damn

ITS ACTUALLY SO FRUSTRATINGGG like I kept thinking about it throughout the day and it kept making me mad it was just to torture DH and it honestly ruinned siwoos character imo, somehow the author didn’t give him more depth into how he is as a person but made him more shallow like I can’t. There was no point

All that stress, build up, and trauma for nothing? I’m so pissed I can’t even. It’s not even the fact they don’t get together, they’re too fucked up for that and they don’t deserve each other. No, the ending is just so shoddily and shittily done I can’t even process what the author was trying to go for the ending.
First thing out of the way, where the fuck did that other dude come from?? She didn’t even bother giving him a face. I think it would’ve been more acceptable if there were more hints about him getting with someone else. Hell, even showing he’s disinterested by DH. He kept playing along with DH whims, pretending he cares and shit, holding his hand and cleaning up his wounds after the whole scene. It was such a false sense of security, just show him uncaring wholly so it’s not such a let down. Ofc, he’s not entirely to blame. DH did blackmail his buisness and was still an ass to him don’t get me wrong.
DH’s character is just a mess. The author just wanted to torture him no doubt about it. Every person in this manhwa is fucking awful except suha, yet DH’s the only one to get an unhappy ending. Did Jiwoon not try to hold suha captive and isolate him in the main story (actually correct me if I’m wrong it’s been a while since I’ve read it) ? And siwoo literally DH when he was drugged? Don’t even get me started on that blonde bitch. I’m not excusing DH terrible, awful behavior because he’s a shit head too, yet hes the only one with an unhappy ending. It’s just kind of unsatisfactory yk? DH character does See growth, but it’s hidden away so much repressed trauma that we will never see get resolved that it’s barely there. Why include the scene at all if not to delve deeper into that trauma? It’s totally unresolved and the main reason I kept reading this.
With how open it ends too, (if the mtl is right) how DH is still trying to get siwoo despite being heartbroken and how it’s hinted that Siwoo likes DH back too but wants DH to get over him, it feels like it should be tragic but instead feels like a cliffhanger for an another season we’re never going to get. Ig that’s tragic enough. I do like it’s realism ig, how DH can never be with his first love like Suha did, in the end, he did get his karma (even if no one else does)
