Honestly, they’ve apologized and gave him numerous explanations. If the answer isn’t satisfactory enough then STOP GOING AROUND THEM. He’s going to end up making them lose trust in him, he’s done more untrustworthy things than them yet they trust him. He literally stole money from the ML (though he gave it back), joined a guild that literally spread bad rumors about them, is about to LITERALLY fight them in pvp and they’re STILL helping him out. Yet he doesn’t trust them. It’s getting old real fast, for my sanity I can’t read till it’s more chapters for him to redeem himself.
He’s not the smartest but I’m hoping it’s because they haven’t shown his true self yet. Like it’s online so he’s not going to be as open with his thoughts, I think that’s also the downside with the story is that we mainly only get gameplay so we’re not really seeing how people actually act. Like ML is seemingly cold in person and flamboyant online. That’s the only thing I can say in excusing his behavior .
