Ziggy is Shiki in the future and somehow in the future the universe is destroyed with only Shiki and Rebecca found by robots but Shiki lost his memories and Rebecca not conscious . So i guess she was pregnant when this happened so their child has both their ether and that's how Void survived when Rebecca is possibly dead with his consciousness wandering around until he became Void now
