It's not glossing over Jaehyuk's issues unlike other BLs. Rather than like a big turn around, what Jaehyuk is getting is a gradual one. I think the author knows that just because homophobic asshole starts having feelings for someone, doesn't mean they can quickly change their ways

Is it just me?? I know a lot of manhwas write the love interest to be a complete asshole and even in the end they don't change. For those ones it just seems like the author doesn't see the issue with the love interest's behavior but in this manhwa, the author is clearly poking fun at jaehyuk's entitlement right???
They also dive into the topic of homophobia in such a realistic way and so many manhwas don't do that. Like when they said "he never has to hide who he loves because he is straight" and also the flashback. It makes me hope that jaehyuk is going to have a big turn around and become an actual good person because what would be the point of bringing in gay issues if you are going to have him end up with a homophobic asshole.
