Nothing you said was homophobic. Everything you mentioned was reality and only thing really missing was “prolapses” lol. I think a dose of some real shit is needed sometimes - too many young, highly influenced, naive and inexperienced on here think anal sex is a cake walk that feels good the very first time especially with inexperienced partners with all the lack of prep, spit for lube, ass only orgasms, butt plugs barely exist unless its fetish or kink rather than a common af stretching tool, and spontaneous “dirty all day butt” sex so prominent in yaoi. Long-term anal health is a serious issue for bottoms. We don't like to ponder it, but they do experience bile and feces excretion. If you consider it logically, a small hole is not designed for a penis to be rammed frequently, there will be consequences.
